About
Jiwoo Choi (b. 1997, Seoul, South Korea) who based in New York, NY and Seoul, South Korea received her MFA from New York Academy of Art in 2023, and was awarded the school’s John Alexander Patrons Scholar Award and MFA Academy Scholar Award. Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally but not limited to the IncuArts gallery, New York, and the AXA Art Prize. She has been featured in publications such as New American Paintings and she use colors to explore and express the unnamable feelings as well as positive energy.
